Building in the Commercial sector with PIR panels for 30 years, we have decided to create a company that helps kiwis like you and I get into their own homes, faster and with a more affordable solution.

Our homes are created from 100 mm PIR Panels.

PIR panels are generally used in coolrooms and freezers, but due to their high thermal values, modern look, fire retardant properties and clean finish, it is used around the world for laboratories, stadiums, commercial buildings, schools and supermarkets.

Our homes are engineered specifically to meet or excel the NZ building code. Using 0.8mm thick steel on both sides – it’s tough and durable.

All our windows and doors are double glazed with a thermal break, meaning a drier and healthy home. No dripping windows due to condensation.

The base is a solid galvanized steel chassis (no timber means not rotting) with 50 mm underfloor insulation and a vapor barrier to stop and moisture from peculating from the ground up.

Weather tight due to the panels tongue and groove system, flashed off with strips of flashing and sealed with Silicon. We guarantee your home will be watertight for 50 years with low maintenance.
